Understanding that therapy can be a great place to release pressure, my goal isn’t to be a steam valve for clients. With compassion and presence, I will support your efforts while encouraging autonomy. About Me
I love sitting with another person, holding the space for them to explore and discover their inner strength and healing abilities. I am inspired by life, its many facets of experience and the ever-evolving quest for inner healing and integration. Remaining curious about my clients allows for an objective exploration of all potential solutions for growth. Collaborating with clients is an essential part of the treatment process. This allows you to remain in control of your healing journey while benefitting from ongoing therapist support and feedback.
Of course, I can only take you as far as I’ve gone myself. I’ve struggled and grown along many points of life’s spectrum of beauty and challenge – and the work never ends! As humans, we have the incredible opportunity and ability to continue growing throughout our lives; this reality gives rise to hope. No matter how deeply entrenched you may feel at times, there is always a way out if there was a way in.

I am a solution-focused therapist
I am many things but professionally, a licensed marriage and family therapist, hypnotherapist and yoga instructor.
I help individuals, couples and families cope with and heal from stress, anxiety, depression, family conflict, codependency, trauma, PTSD, life transtions etc.
I received my Bachelors from Florida State University in 2011 and my Masters degree from NOVA Southeastern University in 2013. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2020 and have since become certified in Yin and trauma-informed yoga. An athlete my entire life, I have a great interest in physical health as well as mental health. I encourage physical movement as a way to explore options for healing. I have an intense passion for the spiritual world and utilize mindfulness practices for continued healing support.
